David Cousins - Chief Executive Officer

David Cousins, CEO, ODBSTFormer Head Teacher of an Ofsted judged Outstanding Bucks primary school and HMI Lead School Inspector.

David also has experience as a Director of Schools for the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust where he works part time. He was acting CEO for this trust for a short period which gave him invaluable experience of the CEO role he now has with BST.

Eileen Northey - School Effectiveness Partner

Eileen  has worked for a number of years as a School Effectiveness Partner with a considerable number of schools in a range of local authorities and across the Oxford Diocese. She continues to assess for the National Professional Qualification for aspiring head teachers and middle and senior leaders. Eileen also has recent experience of being an Ofsted inspector.

Moira Cummins - Chief Financial Officer

Moira Cummins

Moira is a chartered accountant.

 

She brings with her over 6 years experience managing academy trust finance at a senior management level.

Rachel Caseby - Governance Services Officer

Rachel Caseby, Governance Services Officer, ODBSTRachel is a former headteacher, headteacher mentor and governor. 

 

Rachel develops and delivers governor training, for the Trust as well as independently and for a local authority, and is involved in supporting governance within schools.     

Emily Gatis - Trust Administrator

Emily Gatis, Trust Administrator, ODBSTEmily joined the ODBST team from McGraw-Hill Education.

 

She has a 10 year back ground in customer services and administration.

She is the first point of contact for the Trust.

Alison Haynes - Finance Officer

A CIMA qualified finance professional with over 20 years’ experience of accounting for various organisations, 5 years of which was gained within a Multi-Academy Trust.

Sarah Rowe - HR Manager

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a qualified member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Her HR experience spans across a number of different industries, both public and private sector, and includes running her own business to support small and medium sized businesses on all HR matters.  Prior to joining ODBST Sarah provided HR support to schools within the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust and previously worked for East Riding of Yorkshire Council providing HR support to schools across the region.
