What you keep and what we take off your plate

Heads in ODBST own curriculum, pedagogy, school identity, and the relationships that make their school distinctive. The trust takes the rest (finance, HR, operations, estates, procurement, data protection) and provides them through cross-cluster partners who work with you as named colleagues, not visitors from head office.
