We are pleased to offer this new professional development opportunity for senior leaders, assistant and Deputy Headteachers in ODBST schools

About this Event

. The programme aims to develop and support future leaders in our schools within the context of a multi-academy trust community. We recognise that attractive, development opportunities to explore the ideas of leadership in a school are rare – particularly prior to taking on responsibility.

It is a great chance to meet with other leaders, develop professional links and skills and add to your experiences in advance of any steps into leadership you may take next.
