This year has demonstrated the power of collaboration. Across our 15 schools, staff have continued to share expertise, support one another and work together to ensure every child receives the very best opportunities to learn, grow and flourish. Our schools have enjoyed a wide range of successes this year. Pupils have taken part in national STEM competitions, performed at prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall, achieved sporting victories, participated in environmental projects and embraced countless opportunities beyond the classroom. From Eco-Schools Green Flag awards and sustainability initiatives to residential visits, arts festivals and community events, children across ODBST have demonstrated creativity, resilience, ambition and kindness. We are also delighted to celebrate strong outcomes across our schools, including positive Early Years, phonics and Key Stage 2 results, alongside successful Ofsted and SIAMS inspections that recognised the dedication of our staff and the quality of education provided across the Trust. Behind the scenes, our Shared Services teams have continued to strengthen support for schools through improvements in operations, finance, HR, estates, IT, safeguarding and school improvement. This year has seen increased school meal uptake, expanded professional development opportunities, strengthened allergy awareness processes, significant progress towards sustainability goals and continued investment in our schools and staff. 

As we look ahead to the new academic year, we do so with confidence, optimism and a shared commitment to ensuring every child can experience life in all its fullness. We are incredibly grateful to our staff, pupils, parents, carers, governors, trustees and partners for their ongoing support and contribution to our Trust community. Together, we continue to make a difference in the lives of children and young people across Buckinghamshire and beyond.
