23 Appendix 1 – ODBST scheme of delegation Introduction The Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (referred to as ODBST) is a charitable company limited by guarantee and single legal entity overseen by a single governing board (the ODBST Board of Trustees) which is ultimately accountable for all pupils, employees, schools, monies, assets and compliance with statutory duties. The Trust’s purpose is defined by the company ‘objects’ in the Articles of Association which, in summary, is ‘to provide education for public benefit’. The Trust’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chair of Trustees are invited to an annual Trust Review meeting with a representative of the RD. The Trust contracts with the ESFA to receive funding via Funding Agreements: Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust - Finance (odbst.org.uk).
